It's quiet, fast, gets the clothes clean, has great features, i.e., a venting system so that there won't be any mildew; it also has a sanitize feature that is typically found in much more expensive washing machines. Very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend!

Disappointed by misleading info about doors

A big selling point for the UltraFresh line for us was GE's claim that all the washer doors in this line (except the fancy combined washer/dryer) are reversible, because we have no ability in our basement space to switch which side the washer and dryer themselves are on. Imagine our surprise when we get our new appliances and discover that no, this specific model doesn't have a reversible door! I now realize that the only way I could have learned that would be by scouring random Q&A sections for that info, and why would I when the website had already clearly answered my question for me?

I love my washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer to replace a Samsung that wasn't getting our clothes clean. First wash of whites we ran through it and the difference was clear, they came out brighter and fresher than they have in years with our old washer.
