My daughter recommended this printer because she loves hers that she's had for 3 years. Great price point. The easiest ink system I've ever used. Print quality is great. I print from all my devices. Abosolutely no complaints at all. Setup was super easy and fast.

It was easy get set up and get online. It printed great for a couple of days and now it won't print. I communicated via chat and went through the troubleshooting steps and again it printed well for a couple of days and again it won't print. I have one last thing to try and that is to buy another wireless router, although I don't have issues with my other devices.

I couldn’t get it to work correctly through my phone. Why do you have to make it so complicated. What ever happened to the basic. I don’t have a phone to use your printers anymore. So I’m stuck with my old broken one because I can’t use new ones anymore. Stupid. Just plain stupid

I'm disappointed that I have to manually turn a copy to do 2 sided printing. My last printer which cost similarly, an Epson, did it automatically.
