I’m sorry that your printer has not connected to your HP computer like it should. Your review is brief, but it’s easy to understand why that would be an unwelcome surprise after buying an HP printer. If the printer still won’t connect, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
This is an excellent printer BUT some of the paper I use is printer-compatible but 12" wide and it won't fit in the paper feeder. I wish I had realized this before I purchased it.
