I was hesitant to buy this after my old reliable HP laser jet no longer had cartridges made. I thought I’d spill the ink bottles, I always dread instruction manuals written by techies, and I wanted my old printer back. But this is a jewel. Super easy to set up, wireless, and the bottles are spill- proof. I love how easy it is to run and forgiving when I can’t get the paper in quick enough- it gives me time w/o a blaring blinking “you’re out of time” light going on. I highly recommend.

Make sure you know it only works works
with 2.4 gtz router not a 5 gtz. We did not see that online when we ordered. We returned item did not want to change routers.

Horrible printer. It is VERY slow. It sounds like an old laser printer from years ago going back and forth. It takes forever to print one page! Not happy at all with this printer. Very disappointed.

after 2 weeks it went crazy started printing out the same thing over and over again and the only way to stop it was to turn it off and tryed talking to a teck but had to pay for that so i just dumped it tryed contacting to send back but only got a computer who did not comput..

What can I say? Usual HP quality, smooth setup (usual great HP setup instructions) with also great internet support. Great printer, copier, scanner and does it all wireless (or corded if you prefer).
