Horrible printer. It is VERY slow. It sounds like an old laser printer from years ago going back and forth. It takes forever to print one page! Not happy at all with this printer. Very disappointed.
after 2 weeks it went crazy started printing out the same thing over and over again and the only way to stop it was to turn it off and tryed talking to a teck but had to pay for that so i just dumped it tryed contacting to send back but only got a computer who did not comput..
Very unpleased with 2 sided print being "manual." I just assumed it would be automatic since my previous HP ENVY 4512 was. Print speed is rediculously slow.
What can I say? Usual HP quality, smooth setup (usual great HP setup instructions) with also great internet support. Great printer, copier, scanner and does it all wireless (or corded if you prefer).
This machine was very hard to connect to my wireless home internet. I kept loosing the connection even when HP Smart said everything was working perfectly. Also reaching support to get any help was impossible. I've had a lot of HP Printers, this one is the worst.

Hi there.
I’m sorry that your printer was difficult to connect to your Wi-Fi network, that the connection has been unreliable, and that you’ve not received the support you need. I can easily understand why that would add up to a poor start to ownership. I want to help you resolve these issues, so I’ll provide some resources that I hope will get you there.
First, I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various issues, including wireless connectivity. You can find that page here: - support.hp.com/us-en/help/printer
You can also find troubleshooting guides specific to your printer, including ones on connectivity, in addition to the main user manual, how-to documents and software updates here: - support.hp.com/us-en/product/model/2100992733
If any problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
