I like everything about it except how you put paper in it. I don’t like loading new paper in the back and it seems to have a hard time grabbing the paper sometimes. Other than that I’m pleased with the way it performs.

I’m a teacher and use my personal printer for all kinds of class/homework and projects for my students. The smart tank is amazing!! By this time in the school year I would already be buying new cartridges. I haven’t had to refill the tanks at all and I used it throughout the summer with my tutoring classes.
My only complaints are that it is very hard to reconnect to the internet (that takes a long time) and the notifications (paper empty, paper jam, etc) don’t immediately pop up. This means I could be in the middle of printing a large number of assignments and have to start all over because my notification came later in the process.
