Lately, I've had to do a hard restart every time I try to print something. After some research, I need to do some IT work to get the printer and my phone on the same network so it can print without the hard restart. I don't know if this is just a wifi issue or the printer, but it's such an inconvenience. I was able to get things printed my phone without issues now I have to setup the same thing for my laptop which I don't remember what I did.

The printer does not always print full print job. Sometimes the document is printed into columns and does not contain all the information. Can’t print more than one print job at a time. It’s really a poorly built product.

Having a phone number for support vs a virtual.
It’s not capable of handling the work that we have our business it doesn’t do double side printing. The instructions are not clear. It keeps going off-line constantly not connected to our devices. Then when it does connect, it gives a print out of conductivity checking for the printer, then it doesn’t work. It’s a piece of crap and I’m tired of complaining without this issue being resolved. I guess I’m gonna have to just contact a Better Business Bureau cause we’ve had it for less than a year warranty is still good.
