So far it seems okay. I like putting the ink in myself so that I don’t have to throw away unused ink in preloaded cartridges. Installation instructions were very friendly with step by step graphics.

I thought the setup was easy. We use it sporadically but it has always printed clearly. It is the best printer we’ve had. We would definitely recommend!

Sometimes it only prints the first third of the page and then quits. Sometimes it won't print at all. I turn it off and back on and sometimes that works. I'm very disappointed in it.

Finally a home office printer that doesn’t require frequent new ink cartridges, which I always not only found to be expensive but also wasteful. Easy to install, i have yet to add more ink. Highly recommend

This is the very worst printer I have ever had.

I use my printer a lot and about every 10 pages or more it will catch a page like it's jammed only it's not and you just have to pull it forward and then you have to start all over again...deleting the print job and starting over...
