Very easy to use. I understand asking to upgrade, but probably does it a little too much. I also think the $40 processing fee to take the charge out of the federal return is a bit excessive. Other than that it is quite easy and good tips

it was good until i got to the end and the fees was higher i didnt care for that because is was not correct i dont know if i will use this sight or suggest it to anyone you need to fix this site because you are cheating your customer
