Garbage company, never using turbo tax again! They raise the price at the end of filing and give me an error when I did everything right!

Horrible, unable to sumbit e-file due to a software issue. It kept asking to fix an error which was not. Never had issue before.

Switching to a different filer

I've been doing my taxes with TurboTax since I was 18(2015). Now it's so overpriced. Help sections are not good. Constantly badgering you to upgrade to the MAX version. Only good thing is I can do it myself.

IT COSTS MORE THAN A CPA!!!! i had my back to the wall is the only reason i paid. will never use them again and don't recomend.
