it's always easy to navigate and understand. the questions I do have that come up are easily answered with the magnifying glass on the website. affordable and it's hard to make a mistake . I trust my personal information and trust they are working on my behalf.

I had a problem with an area that I could not get out of and requested a call and within minutes I received a call from Julia. she was very professional and nice. She had never experienced my problem before and put me on hold to get help. She always checked in on me as it was taking awhile. We could not figure out how to solve the problem. She had Jamal come on the call and he was great!! Again we couldn't figure it out. They tried everything but never gave up!! Finally as a team we were able to fix the situation. Never did they get frustrated or impatient. I appreciate their hard work and feel they are a GREAT asset to your company.

Not up to previous year standards

The help screen, apparently using AI is useless. It didn't even come close to responding to my questions. When reviewing my return the popup window to show my return kept coming up blank. I had to restart my browser to get it to work. The whole program seemed much buggier this year than in the past.
