Good for the basics but some bugs

Overall I'm satisfied but I've been frustrated whenever I've had to stop a session to do something else and then returned to "where I stopped" only to find that I have to redo some of the things I had already completed. Also, on several occasions there was no clear way "go back" and so I had to exit and sign in again. For a program that has been around for years, I'm disappointed that these bugs have not been weeded out.
I do like that you save last years information and that signing in is easy and reliable. Also, it seemed easier to print my returns this year. Last year I either missed the initial prompt, or it wasn't there, and struggled to find it to print it after filing. I am elderly so perhaps many of these problems are due to an older brain. But hey, if you can make things easier for me, no one else will complain either!

Processing fee is ridiculous!

The filing was quick and easy, the process was nice. The thing I feel could be improved is the processing fee when utilizing my refund to pay the other fees for use of service. $40.00 is a lot, I would have hoped that at the very most it would be $10.00

Kind of expensive, and i was having issues a the end to e-file and there was no options that the website or AI was giving me to solve my problem. Super Frsutrating because i already paid and pretty much still have to go to the post office which is why i use turbo tax.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
