Turbo Tax is great

Turbo Tax is easy to use. It uploads your W-2 so you do not have to enter anything from it and it transports your info from the last year

TurboTax is good, But…..

TurboTax is a good app to value taxes with the only thing is they Say they’re going to charge you one thing and then charge you more. That’s the only thing I don’t like and they try to always trying to upsell you other than that.

Costs too much money. And their commercials saying new customers file for free - but where's my free return for being a loyal customer?? Next year I'll be filing elsewhere.
