TurboTax Disappointed Tax Refund Advance Process

I switched over to TurboTax this year to take advantage of your Tax Refund Advance product you offer. I have been with H&R Block for over 15 years. So the level of thoroughness was great however, I felt unsure about the process in answering the questions and choosing all the things that applied to me and my tax situation. While I know I qualified for way more than $250 in the Refund Advance option, that was huge let down as I expected much more than this considering this isn't even 10% of my total tax refund amount. Having to open an extra checking account that I did not need in order to utilize this feature felt like a money grab which was unnecessary for me. I already have my own personal and business checking accounts and did not need another to keep up with only to receive $250. You all should have an arrow down to point to more options that may apply to the taxpayers situations. All in all my experience was okay, but I am a creature of habit and flow, so I will probably go back to H&R Block.
