Using Turbo this year was harder this year.

It's got harder to complete. I've used Turbo since 2007. Maybe due to Fed requirements. But I found that I was put into JustAnswer without knowing it first for example. I also almost missed fileing the forms. I had a non tax question and the only place to go caused the JustAnswer. I ended up paying the Fed from my bank account instead of from my Credit Card that I used for the State.

TurboTax is superior to other services

I had been using another service for years and switched to Turbo Tax Premium last year. It is very easy to use and my refunds have been better maximized.
