Charge you a hundred and an additional $40

Being forced to pay for a service that does not help me. Also the additional fee of $40 to pay for said service when you're already paying $100 so y'all can take it out of my refund is not cool you're already getting a hundred.

Turbo Tax: dependable and works

I've been using Turbo Tax since 1991. It has gotten rather expensive and I cannot easily simply look at the actual US Tax forms like we used to be able to do, this is disappointing. Other than that, I know it works well.

Two small bugs prevented e-file

Too expensive at $99 for basic filer like me.
Two bugs that were painful and time consuming to deal with since it would not let me e-file without fixing them. I would have been happy top e-file with the two insignificant errors. Would not let me delete a 1099 Misc form that was no longer needed. I cleared all boxes and it still held onto form. It kept asking me to edit it again. It kept telling me 4 boxes did not total to overall total withholdings...after several attempts it turned out to be a $2.00 rounding error. My fault but no way to find out from form as edit page was whole dollars and only showed 3 of 4 boxes. .
