I upgraded to premium for 99, but was charged an additional 40 for a processing fee, which was never mentioned. And I used my refund, so what exactly is being processed??

Too expensive

Turbo Tax makes it easy to file, but the fees are high. They charge you MORE just to pay from your refund. That's ridiculous. I'll be looking for a different service next year to file my taxes.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
