I wish It was more easy to go through the website and able to redo changes on things I put down, besides that, Turbotax got more out of my refund then I did.

Ridiculous, "premium service"

The free version for simple returns are good. I'll give you that. However I had a crypto transaction for freaking $10 (which was out of my control because of something that happened with one of my coins, simply put for 5 year olds... coinbase decided to stop featuring a coin on their platform so they converted my coin to a stable coin)... and because of that small $10 conversion from coin to stablecoin (that was out of my control) I was forced to get the $100 dollar turbo tax service/product. This is incredibly stupid. Crypto filing should still be free up to a certain amount. This shows that someone doesn't fully understand the nuances that can happen with crypto exchanges. $10 worth of a crypto conversion all year does not justify a turbo tax "premium" service. It's cringy and feels like i've been played to the fullest. I would like a refund or at least an $80 dollar refund for this ridiculous charge. My federal refund was about $180. I hope you guys enjoy most of my refund, I know Turbo Tax will still pay you guys whatever wage you're on when they can pay you much much more.
