Very user friendly. I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to taxes forms but with the simple questions turbotax asks me, I tend to know all of the answers. Been using it for years and trust me if I can do it, you can do it as well!!

I called a Turbo Tax expert when I encountered some problems, and she was excellent (I apologize for not writing her name down). She was friendly, patient, and did her job very well, which is definitely not the usual experience with tax help. She deserves a raise!
