Easy to use and understandable. As long as you have basic reading and comprehension skills, you can file your own taxes for cheap.

I always feel confident using Turbo Tax and I will always continue to use them because they walk you through everything. I had a rejection and I was promptly informed and they instructed me how to resolve and refile.
