I absolutely love how easy to navigate this app. It was very simple and easy to do. I will definitely use this in the future to file all tax returns. I will also be recommending this to all my coworkers, family and friends!

Turbo Tax rip off. Do not buy!!!!!!!!

Total rip off. Paid 80 for program/ Another 138.00 for filing. Can't get a copy of taxes to mail. To top it off- IRS refused twice when submitted through turbo tax app. over 200.00 and still not filed. Nation of thieves and liars!!!!!!!!!!!!

TurboTax Perhaps Doesn't Get It

I've been using TurboTax for over 30 years and have never had a problem until the 2024 filing. There was an apparent bug in the software that did not allow me and presumably others to properly view and confirm that the allowed $3000 deduction from ordinary income because of a prior year's capital loss carry-forward had been applied. I called TurboTax, and the first agent was helpful, but our call was cut off midstream. I called again and spoke to another helpful agent, but she had to transfer me to the Resolution Department. There, I spoke to a competent, intelligent and extremely helpful agent named Kimball. With patience and persistence, he determined that the software flaw was in fact not allowing the display of the $3000 deduction but that the calculations and information were correct and would be reflected in my return. His determination was spot-on, and my return has been successfully filed. Between the time I spent online trying to figure out what was going on myself and the time I spent on the phone with the three TurboTax agents, I probably wasted three hours of my time. The above rating was referred to as an "Overall Product Rating," thus my 1 out of 5. An "Overall Staff Rating" would have been 5 out of 5. I have already requested, and I will request again here, that TurboTax refund back to my credit card the $99+tax that I had to pay, for what I believe is called TurboTax Premium, in order to file my tax return online. I would find a refusal on their part to do so to be not only shocking, but also an indication that in the highly competitive world in which we live, TurboTax is not customer-centric and simply "doesn't get it."
