Easy to use and reasonable fees. Only down fall if you accidentally accept upgrade I couldn’t find a way to cancel it so had to use it.

It's very easy to use especially if you have a W-2. I like that it goes over everything, you can double check everything before you submit. It would be quite difficult to make a mistake.
