Extra Fees

This is easy to use and easy to navigate, but I was charged an extra $69 in fees that I couldn't remove. I even looked up how to remove fees and followed the directions but was still charged. I understand using Turbo Tax is till cheaper than going somewhere else, but I don't appreciate the extra fees.
