I'm self employed and have been using Turbo Tax for many years... wouldn't think of any other way. Very simple process and no actual books and paperwork piled up on my desk.

Glitch or user error?

Overall a quick and easy experience. I only had one issue that seemed to be a glitch in the system. It took me a lot of research to get it figured out, however it was easy once I got the right information to be able to successfully complete my return.
