I've used Turbo Tax for quite a few years, and I must say it's the easiest thing I've ever done! Why go anywhere, when you can do your taxes from the comfort of your own home!

Turbo tax software needs improvements

software not user friendly. should be more drop down menus. Also when you go to update a section the software should pick up where it last left off and not make the user scroll through to find the section.
