lack of delete functionality

Too much stale info that can not be deleted. Add more edit and delete functionality to old line items

Too expensive for what it does.

I've used this product for several years. They charge too much for the service. I never have to fill out a state return, but yet I get asked every time. If I don't want to claim something, it still makes me fill out a form. and the offer to pull their fee out of your return instead of paying by card adds an extra $40 to their fee, which I find predatory.
