Pleasantly Surprised

Just this year, I returned to Turbo Tax to file our 2025 tax return. I used Turbo tax years ago but for my own reasons, chose a different company. Being business owners and having a few other complicated tax matters this filing season, the software was amazing and very, very helpful. I had a lot of questions that the previous software I had been using could not answer. As someone who has work in the tax industry and has family still in the tax industry, filing our return this year with Turbo Tax helped eliminate a lot of stress. As someone who does not qualify for free file, I will gladly pay to use Turbo Tax again.

Stuck in a loop

Worked well until it got me stuck in a loop. My return was denied and it didn't do well walking me through the fix or saving my changes so I could re-file.
