Great app!

I have filed online with turbo tax many times and have always been very pleased with the ease of this app. It is very user-friendly and have had no problems at all. The customer service has bern extremely helpful which I find is an asset when using products such as this. Also filing for free is a huge help as well! Thanks again!

I did not want the quick refund and pay the $35.00 fee I would rather of waited for the IRS to deposit my refund. There was not an option to not use your bank, even though it states that there is. There was no option to agree or not agree to the $35.00 fee. So to let you know I do not agree, I can wait the 28+ days to receive my refund.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby
