Works well, integrates with banking & mortgage apps.
Very aggressively pushy about upgrading services.
Sneaky fees added on arbitrarily & inconspicuously.
Cyclical menus made for an unnecessarily confusing & time-wasting experience.

I love turbo tax. It helps me a lot with things such as alimony, not needing to fill out the 1099-sa etc forms.
