Be more transparent

You make filing taxes easy, great job! However, several questions to up-sale something or obtain permission to share information are placed in such a way that only very detailed oriented and smart people would be able to avoid them. That is not nice.

For Voided 1095-A's ---- Terrible

It was great, but the way you handle voided 1095-A is terrible. If you say you don't have (because its voided) the file gets rejected. If you say you have one and put the amounts in (even though its voided) you pay additional taxes you don't owe. If you put blank or zeros for the 1095-A, the system sees an error and will not allow you to submit. Extremely frustrating.

TurboTax takes years off of my life

Another horrific tax experience with this dreadful company. The website is very unclear where there are issues, and they attempt to squeeze every possible penny out of you. Even as I write this review the website is glitching out and preventing me from typing. Terrible experience, I will not be using this again next year.

Turbotax is just okay

There was no way to enter the 1095B Healthcare form. And the prices go up every year.

EASY TO USE

REASONABLE EASY TO USE. THERE ARE A FEW AREAS THE WEREN'T CLEAR BUT WAS ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT. BEST TAX SOFTWARE, IMO.
