TurboTax is a scam

I can't believe how much of a ripoff and misleading product this is. I will figure out a way to file my own taxes next year without these "free tax filing" services, which ultimately cost hundreds of dollars!!

My experience was great! They made the process convenient and easy. Turbo tax processing has Low fees.

I really hate TurboTax

TurboTax made me upgrade to premium cost (an extra $50) just to file $66.00 in royalty income. That is absolutely ridiculous and I will not use TurboTax next year to file my taxes. I also hate the way they are constantly trying to get you to upgrade your filing software and using scare tactics to do it. That's a very shady way to do business.

Surprise fees at the end!

I love the ease of having my last year taxes already loaded in the system when I come to do my new taxes. The only drawback I have had this year is I was charged an extra fee for efiling. You already charged me close to $200 for preparing and submitting my taxes, to then get charged an extra fee to actually efile them was ridiculous. Stop taking more money on the back end! Be honest up-front about ALL the fees so that we can see how much everything will cost including efiling!

TurboTax is fairly easy to work with and walks you through the steps nicely. It has become more and more expensive over the past few years or else it would receive 5 stars.
