turbotax is an extremely useful tool, the prompts are fantastic, and when a question pops up, there is immediate guidance to how to address the issue

It is do-able but not easy or cheap

It is not as user friendly as it should be. It is difficult to go back and fix something. Additionally, It is very pricey compared to other services and has several hidden charges.

Thank you for bringing back the comparisons

Very easy to use this year. Not too many changes were made that confused me and you all brought back the comparisons from the previous year so I would know if something was off. About 2 years ago your program stopped using the previous year's comparison and I ended up leaving off my withholding from my employer. Please keep the previous year's comparison as part of your program so at least a user will know that something is off if there is a drastic change in the numbers.
