Makes it very easy to fill out the forms, lets me know what forms I need, and explains things well. It got confused about my pension 1099 and went down a RMD rabbit hole as if it were a 401K or IRA, but it let me put in that RMD was 0. Still, it was a confusing issue.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments
