Turbo Tax So-So!

The program has changed over the years. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and every year it seems to get less and less options to select and told more of here is what you qualify for. Prime Example, this year you offer 5 days earlier option but don't tell til the end $25 fee for this. but then i went back to change from 5 day earlier and could not find the option so i would not be charged $25. I am on a fixed income and $25 dollars can help with my prescription co-pays.

The fact that y’all have a $40 processing fee for us on top of the $99 y’all charging to use the services provided is unethical.Just another way to squeeze extra money from us.SMH.
