Even simple filing this year was a pain.

Too much manipulation to force choosing higher filing fees. The capital loss rollover couldn't be removed even though it had been used for 2023 and there were no more investments, forcing me to go premium instead of lessor or free. Nobody like the game manipulation. Very irritating but I guess that is just business.

they does not offer refund advance, if you do get it you will never no unless it goes to your card
