TurboTax is always quick and efficient. It does a great job explaining everything and makes you feel confident when filing your taxes. I think it could do a better job offering more benefits or the basic tax filing should cost slightly less.

TurboTax is scammy

TurboTax does what it is supposed to do, and I was able to get my taxes submitted, but it constantly tries to scam you into signing up for extra services and paying additional fees for unneeded products. This used to be such a good software, now it is scammy garbage, will be looking elsewhere next year...
