Platform is Great, Pricing is ridiculous

The fees have gotten out of control. File my own federal and state taxes in 30 minutes should not cost me $150. DO better!

Not a fan of some of the changes especially the use of AI. There are some things I think should be left to humans and taxes is one of them.

I’ve never filed my taxes on my own before and TurboTax has made it very easy for me. I really appreciate letting me know the things that needs to be fixed and going over with me several to make sure it’s accurate. I’m very pleased with the service.

Great value, but be prepared to upgrade to premium

You should say up front the conditions the basic version can handle, and what triggers the need for an upgrade to premium.
