TurboTax Online was not ready

I have used TurboTax Desktop for the last 10 years with no issues, but switched to online this year and had so many issues. I ended up having to delete the State Return and start over, but in the end I think it was that their software wasn't ready. If the software is not ready to use, there should be a note mentioning that to avoid us early birds losing our mind in frustration.

User friendly. Great payment options to pay with refund so no upfront fees when your in a bind. Lots of expandable help links to learn about your tax situation and how to grow your businesses!
