enforces extra charges

the whole website is great, and the filling as well, but when it comes to extra charge, that I didn't want , they get added automatic, even if you don't consent it gets added automatic, the last 44 dollars charged that I tried not add, still got added, I don't make much money, and yet the website has managed to keep on adding extra charges every time, last 2 years the same, but oh well since I had everything finished I was technically force, just like every year

Too many attempts to up-sale the product. If the customer selects same product 3 time the up-sale attempts should stop.

I love TurboTax, because of this amazing program, my taxes are easy to do myself. I use to run to H&R block pay a person, but leave confused because i'd have no idea what they entered
