Online version not for me

I would have given 5 stars, but this year I did not receive a disc which is my preference. My computer won't upgrade to Windows 11 and the desktop version of Turbo Tax isn't compatible with Windows 10. So I had to use the online version which was very slow and frustrating. I finally got i done so I'm happy it's out of the way. I have been using Turbo Tax since it began many years ago. I don't like the online version.

Features Clarity

I've used TurboTax for years. The desktop version. This particular version was nice to look at, however a lot of the parts of the interview were collapsed. Sections regarding inputting mortgage interests and investment interests may have been missed if the person didn't know they needed to click on the carrot to un-collapse the menu. The guided view in the desktop version was clearer,
