I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and I love how user-friendly it is. TurboTax makes the tax-filing process smooth each step of the way by offering answers to FAQ and also a live help option. The platform makes it easy to efile an error free return while maximizing credits and deductions so that you can get the refund you deserve. Thank you TurboTax!

enforces extra charges

the whole website is great, and the filling as well, but when it comes to extra charge, that I didn't want , they get added automatic, even if you don't consent it gets added automatic, the last 44 dollars charged that I tried not add, still got added, I don't make much money, and yet the website has managed to keep on adding extra charges every time, last 2 years the same, but oh well since I had everything finished I was technically force, just like every year
