Turbo Tax is so easy and educational

Makes it so easy. So much better then paying hundreds of dollars to a tax preparer. I also learn each year about deductions I didn't know about.

I do not like the way the new on-line software asks the questions. I don't like the organizational layout. The system did not recognize that I had e-filed with Turbo Tax last year. I will not be using your product next year!
Turbo tax used to be a reliable and relatable system for filing taxes, but you have messed with a good thing using technology that is not user friendly and does not instill a feeling of trust.

Quick fast and easy great way to learn how to do your taxes your self and if any problems they can have some one help right then and there for a fee
Pros: My employment status changed this year
