I've been using TurboTax for years. It's easy and very convenient to use the app. I get the advance just in time when I'm in need.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I had a baby

I have been using TurboTax for many years now and I'm a fan. When I have questions they are more than helpful to assist. There is options for free services and more. Never any hidden fees. I fell secure using their platform. I have used the web file and the app with the same comfort.
