Good but high / hidden fees

Turbo tax is good but I feel like the charges to use the service when I'm doing it by myself are a tad steep. Additionally they whack you with a 40 additional filing charge that they don't specify till the end of the filing process.

Taxes are expensive.

The past two years I've done my taxes I've gotten the most taxes taken out of my income and I still have to pay a high amount for how much I can afford. I know I'm not doing my taxes on my normal income wrong, but I still don't understand why I'm paying so much. I am following the guides and filling in the boxes, but I cant seem to get a positive outcome for myself.

Excellent program

I used to do taxes for a living...dang I wish we had had a program like this back then! It is so easy, complete, and nags me when necessary. And this year it did keep asking me for information to file my state return which I don't have to do because I live in state taxless Florida.
