I signed in through credit karma so I could do my taxes for free and regardless of clicking on that again towards the end of submitting my taxes, it still made me pay 99$.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I’ve been using TurboTax for 10 yrs and love it. I attempted trying other companies but thy were not ble to give me a much in refunds as TurboTax

Not Good This Year

It showed me that I hadn't filed with TurboTax last year. I have filed with TurboTax for a number of years. I had to say I filed with a different platform last year to get past the message. The other options were also incorrect. Your AI did not help. It was very frustrating.
