TurboTax is the best!

I was able to file my return successfully, but the platform made the AGI verification process more confusing than it needed to be. Once I entered the correct AGI from my 2024 Form 1040, everything went through. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, but accuracy prompts and guidance could be clearer. Overall, it works, but there’s room for improvement in support and instructions.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Easy and thorough

Mostly very easy to use. There were some minor glitches bringing information over to TurboTax from some financial institutions, but I worked them all out without much trouble. I felt very confident with the accuracy of my TurboTax return. I liked all the questions TurboTax posed to be sure I wasn't missing anything.
