I've used Turbo Tax for many years and for my tax purposes, it seems to get better each year. I'm grateful to have a software that helps me with such a complex process and make it feel doable.

The process was simple, Turbo Tax guided most of the process. They interface is user friendly and it educates you as you go through "Learn More" feature. Also, mentions new tax laws.

I couldn't fix the At Risk Investment option that cut my refund in half and I don't know why. I am not sure it's correct but I submitted anyway as I couldn't figure out how to find it again

It works. Had trouble with investment info though cause it wasn't accurately transferring but after manually entering the info it worked.

I haven't filed my own taxes in ages. I always had to wait for someone or depend on someone else. TurboTax didn't just guide me, but it also taught me. That's greater than the easy experience itself. Thank you.
