I paid for extra help, and when I tried getting help it asked me if I would like to upgrade again to receive the help I was promised the first time I upgraded.

Super easy to use and file. Almost too easy. The cost is getting a little high but still love to use it.

incessant looping

there are parts that loop for no reason, like what is use tax and why can't it be 0? i made 0 purchases that weren't taxed by Ohio? if there are nuanced details like this they should just be explained so a farm animal could understand it because i literally do this once a year.
then for like 15 times it wouldn't take the name of a company i entered it just appeared blank and looped like a dozen times
and now - with this text box, everytime i type something, the text box is trying to decide what i'm talking about and changing the ai reviewed topics and literally killing my typing, even when i have it hidden. the only way i have found for it to work is if i type slowly like 30 wpm. which is painful
and why does it matter if i have a nickname or have the same nickname to anyone else?
altogether it basically makes taxes braindead to do, what's annoying about what encountered is just how out of character it was for the software to mess up like that
