Makes Filing Taxes Easier

I really like that TurboTax is up to date and has so much information. Knowing that TurboTax has nearly all the answers instead of me spending hours and hours learning the tax code, makes me feel more confident in sending in my return. In other words, it makes tax time a little less stressful.

A necessary tool that still needs improvement

I have used TurboTax for years and it has improved remarkedly, bu it still needs to work on some areas. They probably need to make the information section a little better. If it asks about a child, and if your child happens to have the same name, it is an issue trying to tell if the questions are regarding one or the other. Some times some families have repeated names, and the only difference may be DOB and SSN.
Also, the TurboTax products at the beginning should be made clear. I worked on my return just to find out I couldn't downgrade products. Keep an eye on this from the beginning.
