It's a terrible software! The upsells are a lot!

I remember the product being a lot better in the past. I will not use it again. It's not very helpful, and it's way too salesy. I understand people need to work, but it's way too salesy. It's horrible.

Turbo Tax FAILED me!

My prior year tax returns are missing. I need to see them for verification purposes. I was not able to submit my capital gains losses for 2025 that have been ongoing for years as a result of Intuit LOSING my returns for the last 20 years!

The features and format are great and easy to navigate. But overall it is way too expensive and the aditional fees for paying with your refund and direct deposit were outrageous.
