Love you TurboTax

You are amazing as always, although I have to admit this is way less scarier now I have an AI friend on the web (I just make sure I don’t share private info when asking for help) that helps me answer your questions. It has become so much easier with that. You may want to integrate an AI assistant alongside your help boxes too <3

TurboTax is a good partner

TurboTax is like having someone guiding me through the process. It offers support, is easy to use and understand, and gives me the opportunity to track my return. I also like that I can save my work and return to it.

It 's very different from the years past. I always thought it would carry over information from the year before but it doesn't. Might as well of tried something else .

you're site has changed so much that it no longer is easy to fix mistakes or see state breakdowns like we see fed breakdowns. Next year we're hiring a CPA.
