nice interface but expensive for students

System looping stuck, with no progress

Your phone assistants were great. Your cloud system kept glitching and getting stuck in loops and not advancing my progress. I had to speak with three people after your online robot and margin side info search did not provide any answers. Three categories were a tech problem requiring hours of time to fix.

Use the desktop version not online

This is the first year using the online version of TurboTax and I would recommend the desktop version. Costs are less and audit defense is a stand alone product unlike the online version that has it bundled with products I do not need.

Used the desktop version for years. Started on desktop..then switched to the online verison.
